Abstract

As an important economic region in Northeast Asia, the development of Liaoning coastal economic belt is of great strategic importance to promote the overall development of Liaoning Province and the revitalization of Northeast industries. This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of the coastal economic belt of Liaoning from the perspective of rule of law improvement, and summarizes the obstacles and shortcomings in the development of the coastal economic belt of Liaoning in terms of relevant regulations, management mechanism and unified leadership by analyzing the current situation and the basis of development. Based on the analysis of the existing obstacles to the development of the rule of law in China's Liaoning coastal economic belt, this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the ways to improve the administrative public interest litigation in the marine environment and promotes the high-quality rule of law development of the Liaoning coastal economic belt from the perspectives of the rule of law and economic system.
