Abstract
This paper selects medical dispute cases related to infringement of patients' informed consent right from 2017 to 2020 from China Judgments Online, explores the current situation and existing problems of judicial protection of patients' informed consent right by means of empirical research, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward suggestions in a targeted manner to improve patients' informed consent right system.
