By analyzing the economic and social characteristics of island tourism development in Zhuhai, this paper takes "well-being" research as the starting point, and carries out in-depth research on the new model of island tourism development, which not only considers the concept of sustainable and scientific development, but also focuses on the cultivation of humanities and cultural spirits; This paper combines the development of island tourism with the improvement of the well-being of island residents, improves the well-being, cultural and ecological construction of the well-being of Zhuhai residents, provides research strategies that can demonstrate Zhuhai's cultural and social management innovation services, and provides new theoretical support for Zhuhai's tourism development, so as to provide reference for the construction of a new model of island tourism development in Zhuhai, and the establishment of a new chapter in Zhuhai's tourism culture.
