Female consciousness, Comparison, Elizabeth Bennet, Jane Eyre.

 This paper compares the female consciousness carried by the two characters Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre in Jane Eyre .  Elizabeth and Jane are both representative female images in Victorian literature. The article compares the growth experience, marriage and love concept and social class of the two people, so as to better understand the female position and value orientation conveyed by the two works. Elizabeth, with her unique wisdom and resilience, persists in being true to herself and pursuing true love and equality in a patriarchal society. Meanwhile, Jane Eyre, with her unwavering spirit of independence, bravely challenges traditional social norms, fighting for the dignity and rights of women. While they face different social environments, both characters demonstrate a strong sense of feminism, exerting a profound influence on future generations.
