Villa courtyard, Chinese elements, Fusion.

There are many elements in the design of villa courtyard. With the development of the times, Chinese elements gradually enter the view and become an important element of garden design. Through the analysis of Chinese characters, Chinese paintings and poems in Chinese element designs, this paper extracts abstract fonts, colors and artistic conception from them. Guided by Donald A. Norman's emotional design, this paper briefly analyzes the basic constitution of villa courtyard, and derives three major design points: the basic composition, the dexterity and interactivity of space, and the coordination of function and form. The key points of the design, which are artistic, comfortable, ecological, and unique, are mainly highlighted in the landscape sketches, circulation routes, and vegetation configuration, which are derived from the mutual fusion of the two. Hope to describe in a more concise way in the use of Chinese elements in the villa courtyard can follow the design points and design methods.
