Abstract

As a treasure of traditional Chinese culture, Chinese calligraphy and painting carries rich historical and cultural connotations, which is of great significance for people to understand the cultural traditions of the Chinese nation. With the development of modern society and cultural diversity, the cultural inheritance and aesthetic value of Chinese calligraphy and painting face new challenges and problems. The cultural inheritance of Chinese calligraphy and painting includes the inheritance and inheritance of traditional techniques, artistic styles, and spiritual connotations. The protection and inheritance of the cultural genes of Chinese calligraphy and painting have become an important issue faced by contemporary artists and researchers. Therefore, this article aims to conduct in-depth research on the cultural inheritance and aesthetic value of Chinese calligraphy and painting, in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for its inheritance and development.
