Abstract
The Yibin dialect, belonging to the Minjiang subgroup of Southwestern Mandarin, exhibits distinctive plural endings for nouns and pronouns, specifically -xie, -men, and -huo. Among these, -xie is applicable to all nouns or pronouns except for singular personal pronouns. Meanwhile, -men is affixed to personal pronouns, honorifics, and collective nouns, while -huo primarily manifests in fixed expressions. These three markers exhibit variations at the grammatical level, the semantic level, and the pragmatic level.
