Abstract

Private colleges and universities face multiple challenges in ideological and political education, such as ideological deviation, limited resources, and a shortage of teaching staff. The establishment of the comprehensive ideological and political collaborative education pattern is of great significance for improving the quality of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities and cultivating students' comprehensive development. In order to effectively build a comprehensive ideological and political education system, private colleges and universities need to pay more attention to the construction of systematic mechanisms, covering multiple aspects such as ideological and political education, curriculum ideology, online ideology, life ideology, and labor education, emphasizing the systematic development of diversity and integration. At the practical level, it is necessary to explore and improve the targeted path of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities from the perspectives of top-level design, faculty investment, and innovative teaching methods and ideas, in order to provide effective assistance for improving the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education work.
