Abstract

Library is the cultural battlefield of universities as well as an important base for discipline construction, which requires that the function and service of the library should match the educational concept and goal of universities. The educational level of the library is one of the important indicators of the comprehensive educational strength of university. Based on the concept of “Three-wide Education” and guided by the idea of “cultivating people with virtues,” this article expounds the positive roles of university libraries in cultural education, and puts forward cultural education paths of libraries, so as to promote the realization of the goal of cultural education.
