Abstract

This paper takes the musical film "The Sound of Music" as the entry point and deeply discusses the exploration and integration of ideological and political elements in the course of musical appreciation in regular colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the plot, music, and character images of "The Sound of Music", it reveals the rich ideological and political education resources contained therein, such as patriotism, optimism, family values, and educational concepts. At the same time, combined with specific teaching cases, it expounds how to effectively use these ideological and political elements in the course of musical appreciation to improve students' ideological and moral qualities and comprehensive qualities, providing useful references for the ideological and political education in the course of musical appreciation in regular colleges and universities.
