Abstract
Colleges and universities are not only places for teachers to impart knowledge and dispel doubts, but also places for "strengthening moral education and cultivating people". To a large extent, the level of teachers’ ethics is directly related to the implementation of the party's educational policies and the quality of talent cultivation. Based on this, it is necessary to attach great importance to the problems in teachers’ ethics, carefully analyze their causes, and actively explore countermeasures to solve them.
