The 3rd International Conference on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication (ELIC 2023) is scheduled to be held online on Sep. 26-27, 2023. The Conference was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd (China).

As an international refereed conference, ELIC 2023 is dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practice of Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication. It looks forward to promoting collaborative excellence between academicians and professionals in the related fields, aiming to interconnect leading researchers and pioneers in the related fields worldwide. Furthermore, ELIC 2023 provides an opportunity for academicians and professionals in various fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research and the evolution of education, language and inter-cultural communication studies.

During the calling for papers and invitations, the organizing committee received 68 manuscripts from different regions. After a rigorous review where each paper was peer-reviewed by 3 reviewers, 44 papers were for publication correspond to the conference profile and reflected theoretical and empirical results of independent research projects.
