Abstract

With the deepening of globalization, cultural exchange and integration have become an important trend of world development. Under this background, the study of Chinese-Western translation is particularly important, which not only helps to promote mutual understanding between different cultures, but also provides the possibility for the spread of various cultural elements. Especially the traditional Chinese medicine culture, as the treasure of China traditional culture, its dissemination and promotion is of great significance for promoting Chinese culture and enhancing China's soft power. This paper aims to explore the application and value of Chinese and western translation studies in the cultural communication of traditional Chinese medicine.
