Abstract

Improving the adaptability of vocational education in higher vocational colleges is necessary to optimize the positioning of vocational education types and achieve a transformation in the positioning of higher vocational education. In terms of service awareness, service mechanism, and service quality, current higher vocational colleges have problems such as weak initiative, ineffective integration of industry and education, and low quality of social services. Based on this, higher vocational colleges should formulate development plans around social services and be guided by regional development plans; Establish a mechanism for exchanging vocational and skilled talents, and promote win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises; Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and enhance the practical capabilities of service industry enterprises and social development. By enhancing the adaptability of vocational education, higher vocational colleges can effectively promote the transformation of vocational education from hierarchical education to type education.
