The 9th International Conference on Contemporary Education, Social Sciences and Humanities (ICCESSH 2024) was held online on June 18-19, 2024. The Conference was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), and Zhengzhou Da'ao Conference Services Co., Ltd. (China).

As an international refereed conference, ICCESSH 2024 is to provide a shared platform for academics, scholars, PhD students, and graduate students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of contemporary education, social sciences and humanities referred with the understanding of the human being. Papers concerning education, philosophy, philosophical anthropology, sociology, theory and history of culture, epistemology, religions, ethics are strongly related with analyzing of the human being will be considered. Interdisciplinary approach and comparative perspective are encouraged.

During the calling for papers and invitations, the organizing committee received 68 manuscripts from different regions. After a rigorous review where each paper was peer-reviewed by 3 reviewers, 40 papers were for publication correspond to the conference profile and reflected theoretical and empirical results of independent research projects.

Here, we would like to sincerely thank all the individuals and organizations who have made great efforts to organize this conference. It’s believed that the success of ICCESSH 2024 cannot be achieved without the hard work of everyone, including the authors who submit papers to us.
