The 3rd International Conference on Education: Current Issues and Digital Technologies (ICECIDT 2023) is an annual event which is scheduled to be hosted in Moscow, Russia from April 12, 2023 to April 13, 2023 and organized by Scientific and Educational Center for Information Technologies of the Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd (China) and the Moscow House of Nationalities (Russia). It welcomes all the researchers, students, scholars and professionals in the related fields to participate in this academic feast for sharing and presenting related scientific payoffs.

As an international refereed conference, ICECIDT 2023 is dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practice of Education. It looks forward to promoting collaborative excellence between academicians and professionals from Education, aiming to interconnect leading researchers and pioneers in the field worldwide. Furthermore, ICECIDT 2023 provides an opportunity for academicians and professionals in the field to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research and the evolution of Education.

By the submission deadline, ICECIDT 2023 had called for significant contributions to the field in theoretical and practical aspects. Simultaneously, some experts which are engaged in the research fields had also joined the conference for reviewing all the submitted manuscripts. All the papers contributed to us had been reviewed by three experts. By means of strict and professional review, 43 excellent articles out of 76 submitted manuscripts were selected for publication.

Here, we would like to sincerely thank all the individuals and organizations who have made great efforts to organize this conference. It’s believed that the success of ICECIDT 2023 cannot be achieved without the hard work of everyone, including the authors who submit papers to us, the members of Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia) who are responsible for the reviewing, and the ISCCAC which publishes all the papers.
