The 4th International Conference on Art and Design: Inheritance and Innovation (ADII 2024). The conference will be held online. The conference is jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Henan Private Enterprises Association (China), Henan Society for Chinese Information (Zhengzhou, China), Zhengzhou Da'ao Conference Services Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou, China), and Zhengzhou Yunzhimu Culture Media Co., Ltd. (China).

ADII 2024 covers a number of problems covering art and design: Art history in the field of visual arts, design, music, literature, performing arts and architecture, Socio-cultural function of art in contemporary culture, Rehabilitation potential of art, Economic problems in the sphere of art; Artistic design, Design history and theory, Design and material culture, Innovative design; Art education: problems and prospects.

The results of the conference are presented in this collection of academic articles. 57 articles were submitted to the Conference, and 34 of them were accepted for publication after a thorough review by three reviewers. All papers included in this collection will undergo careful review by three experts before being selected for publication.
